Session 1: Class 4: Fuego con Amor

Class purpose: The purpose of this class is to help riders practices their skills by completing drills that emphasize correct indoor cycle form, hand positions, and increasing levels of power. Session 1 is designed to improve the skills of new and experienced riders.
